Can't go in the trash (Seattle Municipal Code). Can't go on the curb. Can barely fit in any car you own. We pick it up, haul it, dispose of it correctly through Washington State's Mattress Stewardship Program. From $69.
Seattle Municipal Code prohibits leaving mattresses as curbside bulk pickup โ they must be disposed of through a licensed hauler or scheduled special collection. The transfer station requires a vehicle large enough to transport one. Most donation organizations stopped accepting mattresses years ago due to liability. So you're stuck with a mattress that can't go anywhere.
We solve this hundreds of times a month across Seattle. We show up, take the mattress (and box spring if applicable) out of wherever it is, and route it to Washington State's Mattress Stewardship Program facilities for proper recycling.
Upper floor adds $20โ$35 depending on flights. All prices include removal and MSP-compliant disposal.
Same-day available across Seattle. Photo quote takes 60 seconds. Text (206) 222-6544.
Washington State's Mattress Stewardship Program (MSP) processes mattresses at participating facilities โ steel springs are recycled, foam is processed, cotton and fabric are directed to appropriate recycling streams. We deliver to MSP-participating facilities for compliant disposal. The goal is keeping it out of the landfill entirely, and Washington's program makes that possible for most mattress types.
One photo. Sixty seconds. A firm price that won't change at the door.
